React Navigation 3.0 🎉🎉🎉
React Navigation 3.0 is out of RC! We couldn't be more excited for this release and the project's maturity over the past year. The best summary you're going to find on changes and improvements is at the source.
We've personally been using the release candidate for a near production app over the past few weeks and found the transition from 2.x ➡ 3.x to be seamless. If you're using Redux though, watch out 🙊.

Business

A nice thread on what titles and hierarchy can do on for an organization. When done right you can empower people to do their best work 👏.
Hey everyone! If you're wrapping up spending the Thanksgiving holiday I hope it was spent well with good company and even better food. For those in the Northern Hemisphere this means we're gearing up for winter but I'm looking forward to taking advantage of the holidays to spend more time visiting family.
I've recently changed companies and I'm happy to say that there has never been a better time to be a React Native developer. Many companies large and small are turning to React Native as their primary vehicle to reach their users and they know the ecosystem has completely upended mobile development.
2019 should be the most exciting year yet as Facebook continues to push React Native out to the community and restructures the project to be aligned with how we experience it developing our own apps.
Have a great week!
